Our delicious Lion's Mane...simply dried!
We use 100% Lion's Mane fruiting bodies grown in North Wales to produce a versatile dried mushroom that can be used in cookery and as a supplement.
Rehydrate your Lion's Mane in hot water and use it in your favourite dishes - Lion's Mane produces a delicious broth which can be added to soups or stews.
For powder, simply place your dried Lion's Mane into a blender and you'll have powder in seconds! Lion's Mane powder can be added to your coffee, smoothie or tea as an easy way to consume on a daily basis.
Our Lion's Mane comes in 20g sealed packages which are the equivalent to 200g of the fresh mushroom.
