Refund policy
We can offer you a refund in the following circumstances: where the goods are defective or damaged, not as described, not fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality or where you are exercising your right to cancel under clause 5 of the Terms of Service.
To be eligible for a return, your item should not have been unreasonably handled, damaged or removed from its original packaging.
Several types of goods, including perishable goods such as food, cannot be returned unless defective or damaged, not as described, not fit for purpose or of unsatisfactory quality.
To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to us at fungifooduk@gmail.com together with a description of the issue faced. Missing Items from delivery need to be reported within 24 Hours from delivery, any quality or product concerns within 4 days from delivery.
Cancellation of entire orders will only be processed where you have cancelled your order by emailing fungifooduk@gmail.com before 12 pm on the day before your delivery date.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
