Beginner Friendly Grow Your Own Fresh Lion’s Mane!

Lion’s Mane is one of the most unique mushrooms you can grow. Soft, delicate and naturally meaty, it’s famous for both its flavour and its incredible texture — think crab, lobster or fluffy pulled chicken when cooked right.

Our kits arrive fully colonised and ready to fruit, meaning you can grow beautiful, snowy-white Lion’s Mane at home with almost no effort. Just cut the bag, mist daily, and watch the pom-pom clusters form.

Remove kit from the shipping box as soon as possible. Fruiting blocks should be used within 1 week of receipt. If you don't plan to use immediately, you can refrigerate your block for up to 6 months.

Temperature

Ideal: 16–20°C
Acceptable range: 14–22°C

Humidity

Ideal: 85–95% humidity
Mist 1–2 times per day (light spray, not soaking). Keep the surface moist but never waterlogged

Fresh Air

Needs good airflow to develop properly. Keep in a room with fresh air (not sealed in a cupboard). Avoid direct drafts, but don’t suffocate it

Delicate, seafood-like, and perfect for pan-frying — Lion’s Mane transforms in the pan.
